Delete Your Account

You can delete your Kori account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the Kori app on your device.
2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account information (email, display name)
• All journal entries and text content
• Mood logs and activity data
• Voice recordings and transcriptions
• Photos and media attachments
• Goals, gratitude entries, and routines
• Sleep journal data
• Vision board data
• Badges, streaks, and XP progress
• App preferences and settings

Data Retention

After you request account deletion, your data is soft-deleted immediately (no longer accessible) and permanently purged from our servers within 30 days. During this period, your data cannot be recovered.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the Kori app, you can request account deletion by email:

• Send an email to support@heykori.app
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Include the email address associated with your Kori account

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
